http://boardgamegeek.com/user/Reef3     ***    I actually joined BGG in 2006 and sacrificed all of my Geekgold, microbadges and avatar (shock horror) in order to change my user name to Reef3. This links better with the website. Any donations of Geekgold would be gladly received and spent wisely on making me a person again!!!

Excellent site! As a fellow Brit (in Canada), it's nice to hear the accents of home. Like you, I enjoy the wargame a opposed to the 'boardgame'. Must be my grounding in miniatures gaming - my brother just won the Scottish Open Wargame Championships. Anyhoo - your review of Waterloo was quite interesting. I had a copy of this but traded it away fairly quickly. I found the mix of area, hex and card-play to be rather a mess. Fopr what the game is, it's very overpriced and over packaged. Mind you, L2 is a one-man shop and Art is running around like a one-armed paper hanger. A nice guy but way overworked.

Great to hear from you. Our first Canadian! (well ex pat living in Canada). My reviews are light to say the least. That way though I can produce plenty of them. I concur your thoughts about Waterloo... shame though.

Just caught your review of the game "Borodino". Excellent review and quite fair. It also told me things about the game that I wanted to know. In a nutshell this particular game wouldn't be my cup of tea. The 5 to 8 hour game length seems all wrong for a game this size. Keep up the good work.

Nope just changed my user id from Owen 1815 to Reef3 to coincide with the website. It left some of the videos blank but hey ho!
